This Servant-Leadership website is a free online tutorial designed for interscholastic coaches of all experience levels to examine their coaching philosophy and create their own plan for developing servant-leadership skills and applying them within their personal coaching experience.
Learning and practicing servant-leadership can be accomplished by understanding and applying ten key characteristics; listening, empathy, healing, self-awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to growth, and building community.
Join the vast number of coaches who have learned to incorporate servant-leadership into their coaching philosophy; building a better experience for themselves and their athletes.
Earn and register up to 5 training hours as per the interscholastic high school coaching standards outlined by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association.
